Simply put, BaconCamp is an ad-hoc unconference born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment about bacon. It was inspired by CupcakeCamp, which was in turn inspired by BarCamp.

BaconCamp is a community driven event, encouraging you to:

• share a bacon-y dish with others
• help organizers with tasks and supplies
• present your smiling happy face
• organize an event in your own area
